Challenge: A large recyclers association in Brussels has no human resources in the Baltics, Ukraine, and Belarus to be timely informed about the political and legal developments, sustainability issues, and potential business opportunities.
Solution: CEEREC was hired to report regularly on the political and legal changes in the respective areas of interests, to collect the local data to support the preparation of the global sustainability report, to help to conduct the market visits and to organize meetings with the key stakeholders.
Outcome: The association is well informed on the political and legal developments, has an effective co-operation network, and can advise its members who are active or have business interests in the region.
