Russian government has approved an order, which introduce recycling targets for producers and importers of certain goods. Following recycling targets must be met by producers and importers of goods including packaging:

The targets can be met by implementing the self-compliance solution or by paying eco-fees to the state budget. Deadlines and penalties for non-performers apply.
